This is the role that owns product marketing at Oversee.

You'll start with products that already work for a defined set of buyers, and your job is to work out who else they are for. That means real market research, sharper ICP definition, and evidence on where we have product-market fit rather than where we assume we do. What you find shapes our GTM strategy, it doesn't just describe it after the fact.

From there you own the message and everything downstream of it: positioning, persona and segment messaging, competitive and win/loss insight, and the language that runs through the website, campaigns, outbound and product surfaces. You'll write the product content that makes a technical capability legible to a commercial buyer, and you'll run launches end to end.

You'll report to the Marketing Director, with direct access to product, sales and the executive team. This is a function to build and own, not a queue of requests to work through.

What you'll do:

Messaging and positioning

• Refine and build on our existing positioning and messaging framework;
• Own ICP, persona and segment messaging per product across corporate, leisure and partnerships;
• Own product messaging across all markets and verticals;
• Own the language that feeds every digital activity: website, campaigns, paid and organic, outbound sequences, product surfaces. One source, applied consistently, maintained as products change.

Market and competitive insight

• Run standing competitive tracking across reshop and agentic AI for travel operations, corporate and leisure;
• Run win/loss as a standing programme rather than a one-off project;
• Run buyer research to sharpen segment understanding;
• Produce market research and evidence on segment fit, with a recommendation attached.

Product content and copy

• Write product-specific content: product pages, one-pagers, launch material, product-led blog content, and technical explainers;
• Write and edit campaign copy in partnership with Growth Marketing;
• Maintain a content cadence and strategy.
• Onboard new reps on positioning and keep the existing team current as we ship;
• Sit in on sales calls regularly and close the loop on what is working.

Launches and GTM

• Build and run a repeatable, tiered launch process end to end, so effort matches materiality;
• Coordinate cross-functionally so a launch lands as one motion;
• Run post-launch measurement and retrospectives.

About you:

• 7+ years in product marketing, in B2B SaaS, travel technology, or a comparable technical B2B environment;
• A track record of owning positioning and messaging end to end, including the research behind it, not just executing a framework handed to you;
• A strong writer who can produce product pages, battlecards, launch material and technical explainers without a copywriter in the loop;
• AI-native. You use AI tools as part of how you produce work every day, not as something you have experimented with. This is a must-have;
• Comfortable in a category-creation motion where there is no established playbook and the buyer does not yet have a name for the problem;
• Experience working directly with sales: sitting on calls, building material reps actually use, and closing the loop on what works;
• Able to take a technical product and make its value legible to a commercial buyer;
• Self-directed. You can take a broad remit, sequence it yourself, and ship without being managed through it;
• Native English speaker, based in the UK.

Experience marketing to travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs or tour operators is a strong plus, as is experience marketing AI or agentic products.
