The ICOS Vision Systems division focuses on the backend of the line semiconductor industry providing fully automated tools to inspect and sort, finished integrated circuit packages. For more than 15 years, ICOS has been a market leader with tray-to-tray and tray-to-tape inspection and sorting tools found in the production facilities of all major chipmakers in the world. Our market-leading technology and superior customer service requires strong talent in optics, machine control, algorithms and applications within our engineering teams. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for a Product Marketing Manager to be based in our Leuven, Belgium location. This role will assist Product Leads in their following responsibilities:

Main point of contact between product division and the field (internal and customers) for:

• Technical questions
• Commercial questions (quote validation, configuration, final conditions)
• Provide visibility for critical escalation related to the product
• Management of product introductions

Sales Strategy

• Jointly define sales strategy with Regional Sales Managers.
• Monitor sales, forecast, follow up of sales leads of your product line

Develop technical contacts with customers

• Factory Managers
• Process engineers
• Tool owners

Understand technical roadmap of customers

• Organize technical roadmap meetings at key customers
• Attend industry specific conferences
• Follow up on industry analyst reports

Marketing

• Develop value messages – generic and customer specific
• Product positioning against competition
• Understanding of competitive products and roadmaps (score cards)
• Update on Technology, Competition, Market trends, etc

Management of projects for development of new products or new features:

• Communication to division and Sales teams to define the key market requirements.
• Review with customers and key internal stakeholders to determine the go-to-market strategy.
• Set priorities for critical application projects

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Ideally hold a Bachelor's or Master  degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Semiconductor, Computer Science)
