What you’ll do:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization for our Packs product
• Execute on our team’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap 
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and a variety of stakeholder groups to define, build, and iterate on a best-in-class user experience.
• Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
• Define success metrics and track them relentlessly
• Communicate roadmap, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership

What you have:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines.
• A proven track record of building products customers love.
• Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers.
• Experience building products across web and mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Strong product discovery and strategic critical thinking skills.
• Self-driven ambition with a sense of urgency and a knack for taking audibles in stride and adapting in a high-paced environment.
• A constant desire to learn.

What makes you stand out:

• Experience in the sports/gaming industry, collectibles industry, and/or a power user of the industry’s products.
• Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Obsessive about something. We obviously love sports, but maybe it’s something else for you. What makes you tick? (Being a big sports-head definitely helps too).
• You can add to the PrizePicks Culture. We want to work with people who bring something to the table on and off the field / in and out of the office.
• You’re a do-er. Blockers aren’t blockers in your world, and when the play breaks down, you’re more of a Caleb Williams than a Carson Wentz.
• The ability to work with and define ambiguity.
• You have a proven track record of successfully taking products from 0 → 1.

Where you’ll live:

• While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates. #LI-Remote

• This is an on-site position requiring the employee to work full-time from our PrizePicks headquarters in Atlanta. #LI-Onsite

Working at PrizePicks:

The typical salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges. The compensation info you see on our job postings gives you an idea of the starting pay range for the position. Your actual pay within that range will depend on your specific work location, as well as your skills, experience, and education.
