WHY BOX NEEDS YOU 

Box's Workflows team builds how content moves through an organization: routing, approvals, forms, document generation, e-signature, and AI-powered automation. As PMII, you'll own two connected motions. Enterprise workflows are cross-department processes that IT governs and runs at scale. Line-of-business (LOB) workflows are solutions built for the teams that run the business, such as finance, legal, HR, procurement, and regulated industries. Your job is to make Box the place where content-centric work gets automated, adopted and evangelized

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Work on strategy and roadmap. Set a multi-year vision for enterprise and LOB workflows. Decide what becomes a platform capability and what ships as a solution, and own the success metrics: adoption, workflow volume, time-to-value, and expansion revenue.
• Land line-of-business solutions. Find the highest-value use cases by function and vertical (contract approvals, vendor onboarding, loan origination, claims intake, clinical document exchange, HR case management). Ship the templates, data models, agents, skills and integrations that deliver value in days.
• Make workflows AI-native. Define how AI agents, extraction, and classification plug into workflows, with human-in-the-loop review, exception handling, and guardrails for accuracy, cost, and trust.
• Integrate with the ecosystem. Work with partners such as Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Workday, and SAP. Shape the APIs, events, and connectors that put Box workflows inside the systems where work already happens.
• Stay close to customers and go-to-market. Spend real time with customers, sales engineers, and partners, and turn what you hear in the field into clear requirements. Work with product marketing, sales, and customer success on positioning, packaging and pricing, launches, and enablement.

WHO YOU ARE 

We are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box.

• 3+ years of product management, with experiences on workflow automation, business process management (BPM), data, AI or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• A track record of shipping products that large enterprises adopt and expand. You understand the difference between the IT buyer and the business buyer and can design for both.
• Fluency in enterprise requirements: security, compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GxP), admin, and governance.
• Domain depth in at least one line of business or regulated vertical, such as financial services, life sciences, public sector, legal, or HR.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM features, including evaluation, human-in-the-loop design, and managing quality in production.
