Restaurant Brands International · Vor Ort · Jacksonville

Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world.

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $49 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 33,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories.

RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.

RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.

We are looking for a Product Manager II, Digital to join our Firehouse Subs team in Jacksonville. Digital ordering is the highest-volume guest touchpoint the brand operates, and this role owns it end to end across web, iOS, and Android in the US and Canada: store locator, menu, cart, checkout, payments, gift cards, first-party delivery, and order tracking. You will work with a dedicated pod of software engineers, data engineers, product designer, and QA, and you will partner daily with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Guest Services, Legal, Analytics, and Restaurant Technology.

This role requires a balance of execution discipline, commercial judgment, and clear written communication. While you will contribute to the long-term direction of the ordering experience, the primary focus is delivery: shipping committed scope on committed dates, with unambiguous requirements, defined success metrics, and no surprises for stakeholders.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Jacksonville, FL.

What You'll Cook Up:

  • Own the prioritization and roadmap for the Ordering & Checkout value stream across web, iOS, and Android in the US and Canada.
  • Translate business, guest, operational, and stakeholder needs into clear product direction, requirements, and sequencing.
  • Lead planning sessions for the Ordering & Checkout value stream by aligning priorities, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to define solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and drive delivery.
  • Act as the primary product partner for ordering and checkout initiatives across engineering, design, operations, marketing, finance, legal, guest services, and vendor stakeholders, using a consultative approach to align priorities and guide decisions.
  • Own product areas such as store locator, menu and product detail, cart and checkout, payments, account, first-party delivery, order tracking, and compliance-related ordering capabilities.
  • Use data, guest insight, success metrics, and business impact to make informed prioritization decisions and improve conversion and revenue outcomes across the ordering funnel.
  • Define product requirements and document them through epics, feature specifications, process flows, and other artifacts that provide clear direction to delivery teams.
  • Partner closely with Design and QA to ensure requirements are well understood, aligned with business objectives, and translated into high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications.
  • Actively participate & Run some of the Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, helping teams maintain focus on delivering guest and business value.
  • Support Guest Services and Operations at launch with enablement materials, support tooling requirements, and issue triage.

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing digital products, preferably in e-commerce, mobile ordering, marketplace, or payments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a checkout, payments, or transactional funnel, with measurable conversion or revenue impact.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, delivering against agreed timelines and communicating status clearly throughout.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business or operational needs into clear requirements, priorities, and decisions.
  • Experience partnering directly with engineering teams and roles such as Tech Leads, QA, Designers, and Data Engineers in an agile environment.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Figma or similar product development and collaboration tools.
  • Experience using Amplitude or a similar product analytics platform, including defining event taxonomy and analyzing funnels, not only consuming dashboards.
  • Working understanding of payments, PCI-adjacent processes, fraud prevention, privacy requirements, and accessibility standards
  • Experience managing third-party platform, POS, or delivery integrations preferred. QSR, retail, or restaurant technology background is a plus.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and to produce effective written materials such as roadmap narratives, requirement specifications, decision documents, and executive updates.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment that requires adaptability, prioritization under constraint, and proactive problem-solving.
