The Product Manager position for Radiometer is responsible to build the strategy, develop marketing action plan, product lifecycle management, define segmentation and drive growth, profitability for the different product segments.

This position is based in Bangalore and will be working in an onsite setup. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work in close collaboration with Sales, Service & other functions to execute strategic and tactical programs for increasing brand awareness for Immunoassay and market penetration and achieve revenue targets with market intelligence.
• Analyze key metrics that define success such as forecasting, conducting market surveys, evaluating market trends, measuring customer critical success factors through interaction with customers.
• Implementation of integrated strategies encompassing advertising, promotions, and work in conjunction with Global Marketing Team for designing artwork & collaterals for the IA product category
• Provide sales team with necessary tools and training to successfully represent Radiometer, win against competition and be a trusted partner
• Cultivate strong relationships with external customers/key experts through regular client visits and utilize those to strengthen the competitive position and performance
• End to end support from product launch to managing the product lifecycle, which includes all the marketing initiatives but does not limit to that; but also covers regulatory, supply chain, pricing and forecasting

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Educational qualification – Bachelor/master’s in science or MBA equivalent with a functional background that has experience of the Healthcare & Diagnostics landscape in the Indian market
• Minimum 5+ years of successful product management experience
• Hands-on experience of product launch and ability to create successful content and campaign materials beyond product collaterals
• Exposure to digital marketing (PPC, SEO, email, social) fundamentals
• Must have excellent communication, presentation skills and the ability to work in a matrixed organisation setup
