• 製品ローンチ・プロモーション

  ·　 新製品上市計画の立案と実行

  ·     プロモーション資料、学会発表資料、営業ツールの作成

  ·    デジタルマーケティング施策（Web、SNS、メールキャンペーン）の企画
  ·     販売価格、製品在庫、品質関連のマネジメント

•  市場分析・戦略立案

  ·      医療従事者・患者ニーズの把握

  ·      顧客ニーズと提供サービスのGAP分析

  ·      競合製品の分析と差別化ポイントの明確化

  ·      製品ポジショニングとマーケティング戦略の策定

• 営業支援・顧客教育

  ·      営業チームへの製品トレーニング

  ·      医療従事者向け教育プログラムやワークショップの企画

  ·      KOLや学会との協働による製品認知度向上

• 市場パフォーマンス管理

  ·      売上・シェア・顧客満足度のモニタリング

  ·      改善施策の立案と実行

  ·      製品ライフサイクルに応じたマーケティング戦略の更新

必須経験

• ヘルスケア業界または製薬業界におけるマーケティング、または関連分野で5年以上の実務経験

• プロダクトマネジメントの実務経験（3〜5年程度）

• 市場調査・競合分析・販売戦略立案の経験

• 営業・学会・KOLとのコミュニケーション

• クロスファンクショナルチームでの協働経験  

• Global Teamとのプロジェクト経験

必須条件

• 大卒以上（学士号以上）

• 製薬企業、医療機器企業、またはヘルスケア関連業界における高度なマーケティング経験

• マーケティング活動、営業オペレーション、または製品上市（ローンチ）業務の支援経験

• 戦略的かつ論理的に物事を考え、課題解決に導ける能力

• 新たな戦略・施策・仕組みを企画・構築できる力

• ビジネス視点に基づいた意思決定力

• 社内外ステークホルダーとの高いコミュニケーション力および交渉力

• チームワークを重視し、主体的に協働できる方

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル（グローバル会議でプレゼンできるレベル）

• Microsoft Office（Excel・PowerPoint 等）の実務スキル

歓迎条件

• 日本の医療制度・保険償還制度に関する知識

• 行政、学会、規制当局などとの折衝経験

• プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験
