Job Description
Own the strategy, launches and growth initiatives behind one of BD's most important infusion portfolios.

As the Product Manager – Infusion Therapies, you'll take ownership of a strategically important portfolio within BD's Medication Management Solutions business.
This is a highly visible role where you'll partner closely with Sales, Clinical and regional stakeholders to drive portfolio performance across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll balance portfolio strategy with hands-on commercial execution, working closely with customers, KOLs and internal teams to support product launches, market development initiatives and the continued growth of BD's infusion business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to customers, influencing portfolio direction and seeing strategy translated into measurable commercial outcomes.
Your Day-to-Day
This is a hands-on role where success comes from balancing long-term portfolio strategy with day-to-day commercial execution, forecasting, customer engagement and launch readiness.
You will:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the Infusion Therapies portfolio across ANZ
- Lead portfolio strategy and contribute to the Annual Strategy Review process
- Translate strategy into launch plans, campaigns, market development activities and commercial initiatives
- Monitor portfolio performance, market share, profitability and key business metrics
- Analyse sales, market and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance teams
- Spend time in the field with customers and Sales teams to understand market needs and identify opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders
- Support major customer tenders and portfolio defence activities across ANZ
- Lead launch planning and execution for upcoming infusion portfolio innovations
- Drive forecasting, demand planning and portfolio performance reviews
- Partner with Account Managers and Clinical teams on competitive conversion opportunities
- Identify opportunities to protect and grow BD's leadership position within the infusion market
- Support product launches, product lifecycle management and portfolio optimisation initiatives
- Develop compliant marketing materials, sales tools, presentations and digital content
- Deliver product training and education programs for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide input into pricing, forecasting, demand planning and business case development
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and changes in clinical practice
This is a role where you'll be equally comfortable presenting strategy to leadership, discussing clinical needs with customers, analysing forecasts and executing launch plans.
About You
You're commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
You enjoy being close to customers, understanding market dynamics and translating insight into practical actions that drive portfolio performance.
You may already be an experienced Product Manager, or an accomplished Associate Product Manager looking to step into ownership of a significant portfolio.
You'll bring:
- Product Management, Marketing Management or commercial experience within MedTech, healthcare or a related industry
- Experience managing commercial portfolios and delivering against growth objectives
- Strong forecasting, portfolio planning and analytical capability
- Experience supporting product launches, tenders and lifecycle management activities
- Confidence working with KOLs, healthcare stakeholders and customer-facing sales teams
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Strong commercial acumen and business judgement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience developing and executing portfolio strategies, marketing plans and growth initiatives
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
Experience within infusion therapy, medication delivery, vascular access, critical care or adjacent healthcare markets will be highly regarded.
