Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Product Manager

You will work in Singapore Government Agencies

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 2 years (from October 2026)

What will you do?

The Product Manager shall be responsible for the overall product lifecycle management and delivery of business value through effective planning, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and governance.

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog.
• Prioritise incidents, defects, enhancements, security fixes, and change requests.
• Engage stakeholders and users to gather, analyse, and validate business requirements.
• Translate operational requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release prioritisation activities.
• Manage product governance, reporting, risk tracking, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure delivered capabilities generate measurable operational value and improve user outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
• Support Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale or government technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and release prioritisation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile coaching or Scrum Master experience.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Knowledge of product governance frameworks and reporting practices.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or operational technology initiatives.
