Role Summary 

The Oracle Product Hub SRE Manager will be responsible for the support reliability and BAU running of Oracle Product Hub (OPH), ensuring prompt and sustainable solutions to incidents and problems. 
You will resolve issues and implement solutions all while adhering to SLAs and internal governance and audit requirements.  You will communicate issues effectively to users and stakeholders and drive root cause analyses as required.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Production Support & Continuous Improvement 

• Ensure service reliability of OPH in line with established SLAs. 
• Facilitate root‑cause analyses for issues as required. 
• Support Architect lead initiatives optimize performance, reduce manual work, and enhance automation. 

2. Support Integration with EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service)

• Collaborate with the OPH Integrator and EDMCS team to resolve incidents concerning the integration between both systems. 

3. Support Integration with RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service)

• Collaborate with the OPH Integrator and RMCS team to resolve incidents concerning the integration between both systems.

4. Quality, Controls & Compliance 

• Maintain strong data quality, lineage, and validation controls. 
• Support audit and compliance requirements for Finance, Accounting, and Regulatory functions. 
• Ensure proper implementation of attribute changes and hierarchy modifications. 

Skills & Experience Required 

Technical Skills 

• Proven experience of supporting Oracle Product Hub (mandatory):  
• A strong understanding of:
  • Catalogues & item classes 
  • Lifecycle workflows 
  • Product attributes 
  • Import/Export (EGO, FBDI) 
  • Experience with EDMCS:  
  • Hierarchy management 
  • Mappings, validations, and approvals 
• Good understanding of RMCS:  
  • Product catalogue and revenue attributes 
  • Revenue allocation methods and POB setup 
  • Pricing and SSP-related attributes 
• Exposure to:  
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) 
  • SQL and data modelling 
  • Other ERP (Oracle Cloud/SAP) and CRM/Billing systems. 

Functional Skills 

• Good understanding of:  
  • Product lifecycle & governance 
  • Pricing and revenue recognition
  • Product-to-accounting mappings
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and efficiently
• Experience with Finance processes, Billing, and Revenue Operations. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 
• 12–15+ years in ERP/OPH roles. 
• Shown experience with Oracle Product Hub, EDMCS, and RMCS integrations is desirable. 
• Experience in large, complex global organisations preferred.
