About the role

We’re looking for a Product Design Lead to shape the experience across DubClub’s mobile product. You’ll work on both sides of our marketplace: helping creators build and manage thriving subscription businesses, and making it easier for fans to discover creators, subscribe, engage, and keep coming back.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful influence over product direction. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Creator Success, and company leadership to identify the right problems, explore solutions quickly, and turn strong ideas into shipped experiences.

What you’ll do

• Lead design from early discovery through launch and iteration, including user flows, prototypes, visual design, and implementation review.

• Improve core fan journeys such as discovery, subscription, onboarding, content access, engagement, and renewal.

• Design tools that help creators launch offerings, communicate with subscribers, understand their performance, and grow their businesses.

• Partner with engineers on practical solutions for DubClub’s mobile experiences.

• Use AI and rapid prototyping tools thoughtfully to explore ideas, learn faster, and improve how the team works.

• Raise the bar for product craft through clear design thinking, constructive feedback, and close collaboration across teams.

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience designing and shipping digital products, with a portfolio that shows your role from problem definition through launch and iteration.

• Strong interaction and visual design skills across responsive web and mobile.

• Experience with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, creator tools, commerce, or similarly complex products serving more than one type of user.

• Product judgment: you can connect user needs to business goals, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and explain your decisions clearly.

• Comfort getting close to users, working with incomplete information, and making progress in a fast-moving environment.

• A strong working relationship with engineers and an understanding of how design decisions translate into production software.

• Fluency with Figma and prototyping, plus curiosity about emerging tools that can improve design and product development.

• A willingness to stay hands-on while guiding the quality and direction of work beyond your own projects.

• Experience in sports, sports betting, or creator platforms is a plus. You don’t need to be an expert in the space on day one, but you should be excited to learn how creators and fans use the product.
