With a focus on uncovering and understanding the impact that design makes on everyday experiences, The Local Project celebrates honest and human-centred design through premium print, digital, editorial, video and social content, with over 100,000,000+ impressions per month across our owned, operated and third-party platforms. In 2024 we launched The Local Production, a full-service specialist agency focused on creating content to truly elevate brands. Harnessing expert knowledge and skills, we specialise in delivering strategic excellence and creative brilliance.

Some of the things you’ll be working on...

• Utilising tools to track and coordinate production activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support pre, pro and post-production activities for each project.
• Oversee the filming process, ensuring the clients vision is executed effectively whilst facilitating communication between crew members and other stakeholders.
• Overview of the editing, sound design, colour grading, progress and overall storytelling.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as: Digital team for asset management, Partnerships team for client management, Design team for visual effects.
• Ensure all content meets The Local Project's high standards of accuracy, style and brand guidelines.

Experience you’ll need…

• Ideally 3+ years in media production and working as a producer in a fast-paced creative agency, but we are open to skilled junior candidates who can demonstrate exceptional potential to grow.
• Highly organised with superior communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple high-pressure projects at a time.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• An interest and desire to expand skillset into the visual mediums of Video and Print.
