  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to procurement stakeholders.
  • Create, test, and optimize prompts, reusable instructions, and AI-assisted workflows for sourcing, supplier management, contract management, analytics, and procurement knowledge use cases.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, traceability, limitations, and appropriate human-review requirements.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to support transformation initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving, written communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience creating documentation, training materials, or supporting user adoption activities.
  • Foundational experience with Python and data analysis techniques.
  • Exposure to SQL, APIs, data querying, data preparation, visualization tools, or libraries such as pandas.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and validate results independently.
  • Experience or strong interest in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or similar AI and workflow automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with generative AI solutions and prompt engineering concepts.
  • Understanding of how to develop structured prompts, evaluate model responses, identify unsupported outputs, and refine instructions.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI, analytics, and automation solutions.
  • Interest in procurement, sourcing, digital transformation, process improvement, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
  • Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
