The Position

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team at Roche Diagnostics Turkiye.

Job Description

• End-to-end responsibility for relevant purchasing categories,
• Evaluating the cost, quality, and reliability of the purchased items,
• Preparing pre-tender cost analysis for direct purchases,
• Finding new suppliers and strengthening the relationship with the current suppliers,
• Organizing payment timelines with the suppliers,
• Developing new projects to improve supply processes
• Updating purchasing and vehicle management SOP,
• Creation of GMN for the SAP records of the items that will be purchased,
• Inventory follow-up for the stocked items,
• Supporting office management.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant department,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement,
• General understanding of finance processes and standards,
• Strong communication and advisory skills, and the ability to deal with complex issues,
• End-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills,
• Multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment,
• Customer centricity through your day-to-day interactions,
• Proficiency in English,
• Strong RFX processes knowledge,
• Excellent technical procurement skills, such as influencing, vendor management, change management, and contract negotiation,
• Strong stakeholder engagement.
