Summary:
The Procurement Analytics & Change Manager will oversee the operational delivery of multiple capability areas that enable procurement excellence including market research, analytics execution, process optimisation and change implementation. This role combines leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with strategic direction.
You will manage day-to-day team operations, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and resolve issues promptly while fostering a high-performance culture. A key responsibility is coordinating the development of dashboards, reports, and market intelligence to support sourcing strategies and decision-making. You will ensure compliance with procurement policies, data governance standards, while driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and templates.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of analytics, market research, data governance, and process/change teams; set priorities and monitor performance
- Oversee development of dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytics, leveraging internal and external data, to enable data-driven decisions. This will feed into Indirect Procurement teams to inform supplier, spend and category decisions. This will also provide visibility of Indirect Procurement and GBS Procurement performance.
- Partner with category teams to align service delivery with strategic objectives.
- Ensure adherence to data standards, governance policies, and audit requirements across all capability areas where relevant.
- Coordinate process mapping, documentation, and change management activities, including comms and tech related training materials
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving tools to reduce waste, cycle time and rework across procurement processes
- Deliver high complexity and impactful Green / Black belt projects
- Manage the transition of new procurement services ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder adoption through development and implementation of change initiatives
- Champion a customer-first culture that prioritises responsiveness, quality and value creation at every touchpoint
- Coach and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Key Experiences and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in procurement operations and service delivery, with some experience in Procurement analytics, process and/or change management
- Experience working in aerospace or defence sector, in both Indirect and Direct Procurement
- Deep expertise in leading procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Ivalua, with strong understanding of ERP system integration and functionality
- Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments

- Strong background in data analytics and dashboard development
- Proven ability to manage process updates, testing cycles and adoption programs
- Experience leading transformation projects and driving process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrix organisation
- Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives
