The engineer will partner with operations, quality, design engineering, logistics, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement at scale and enable standardized best practices across the enterprise.

  • Apply DMAIC, lean principles, and structured problem solving to identify, validate, and execute high impact QCD improvement projects.

  • Conduct time studies, workflow assessments, and labor efficiency analyses to identify improvement opportunities and validate process changes.

  • Develop and deploy standard work, process controls, and waste reduction strategies that deliver measurable and sustainable improvements. Support development and maintenance of Technical Package elements required for process control and product integrity.

  • Partner with ME teams and plant leadership to align improvement priorities, processes, reduce variation, and replicate best practices across sites.

  • Ensure alignment of method of manufacture with design intent through frequent collaboration with design engineering.
