Job Description

Responsible for coordinating strategic transformation initiatives across the organization while ensuring efficient operations. The role will work across business units to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Management:

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Define transformation roadmaps and KPIs. Work with senior leadership to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Work closely with BU COOs and other functions to optimize business processes for efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business goals.
• Drive cultural and operational change to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Maintain a process database and visibility over key processes. Maintain a framework for interdepartmental SLAs & processes.
• Track transformation benefits and ensure that the business case is achieved.

Stakeholder Management & Governance:

• Engage with executive and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment on transformation priorities.
• Establish governance structures to support program execution and risk monitoring.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and relevant committees.

• Risk, Compliance, and Legal Departments
• IT and Operations Teams
• Internal and External Auditors
• Third-party vendors and business partners

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Risk Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in business transformation, operations management, programme management, process improvement or strategy execution.  At least 3 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects, programmes or teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business benefits.
• Experience in process optimisation, operating model improvements, operational efficiency, risk & control management and customer experience enhancements
• Proficiency in process design, process mapping and performance reporting solutions.

Desirable Extras

• A postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma, change management, project management or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a regulated environment.
