About this role

You will be responsible for:

• The position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

• Develop and implement the whisky production process flow according to Diageo’s standards, including mashing, fermentation, distillation, aging, bottling, package, etc.

• Monitor and adjust the process parameters during production to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements.

• Participate in daily maintenance and servicing of production equipment to promptly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

• Assist the equipment engineering department in equipment improvement and optimization to increase production efficiency and product quality.

• Be responsible for training employees in process to improve their professional skills.

• Participate in the development of production plans and budgets, and reasonably arrange production resources.

• Cooperate with the quality department in product quality control to ensure that products meet relevant standards and customer requirements.

• Capable of applying lean manufacturing knowledge to organize and drive productivity improvement initiatives, such as A3 projects, GB projects, and similar projects.

• Complete short interval control documentation on activities.

• As skills and experience allow participate in line improvement projects, and coach others in machine or plant operation.

• Engage in start of shift meetings and performance-based team meetings to raise and address persistent

Experience/skills required:

• Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively with native English speaks.

• Bachelor's degree or above in bio-engineering, food engineering, or related fields.
• 生物工程、食品工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
• Relevant working experience in whisky distillation factories Brewery.

• Familiar with brewing process flows and equipment, with the ability to independently solve problems during production.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.

• Knowledge of risk standards (Quality H&S Environment) .
