Job Description

Responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing privilege systems to ensure seamless and exceptional experiences for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI). This role requires expertise in customer experience management, advanced technological systems, and privilege analytics to support and enhance the bank's reputation among premium customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Privilege Program Management

• Manage end-to-end customer privilege programs, including redemption, fulfillment, partner settlement, and service delivery.

• Monitor and analyze customer interactions, feedback, and usage patterns to continuously improve usability, satisfaction, and service excellence.

• Resolve customer issues proactively and drive continuous enhancements in customer experience.

• Ensure all privilege offerings align with the lifestyle needs and expectations of HNWI/UHNWI segments.

2. Privilege Development & Campaign Management

• Develop and manage customer privileges, financial benefits, and engagement campaigns to enhance customer value and loyalty.

• Support the design and rollout of new privilege campaigns and promotional initiatives with consistent execution across channels.

• Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovative and differentiated privilege propositions.

• Propose enhancements to existing privilege programs to maintain competitiveness and relevance.

3. Technology Integration & Data Optimization

• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and enhance digital solutions supporting privilege systems and customer journeys.

• Leverage customer data analytics platforms to track behavior, measure engagement, and optimize privilege utilization.

• Drive improvements in system capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

4. Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, IT), card schemes, and external partners to deliver privilege programs and strategic initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships to support program growth, service quality, and business objectives.

• Ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints through effective cross-functional collaboration.

5. Communication & Governance

• Plan and manage privilege communications across customer touchpoints to drive awareness, engagement, and program utilization.

• Review all customer-facing materials, communications, and marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

6. Performance Management & Financial Control

• Monitor and control privilege-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.

• Conduct post-campaign evaluations to assess program effectiveness and ROI.

• Regularly report on key performance metrics, customer insights, and program outcomes to inform strategic decision-making.
