  • Support day-to-day production in a live printing environment
  • Monitor equipment and assist with preventive/predictive maintenance using a CMMS system
  • Work with Variable Data Printing (VDP) and digital pre-press processes
  • Explore tools to improve efficiency in layout and production workflows
  • Contribute to projects focused on sustainability, efficiency, or process improvement
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and system-related issues alongside experienced team members

You Have:

  • Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations
  • Curiosity about how things work—both mechanically and digitally
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Basic computer or technical skills (a plus, but not required)
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to take initiative

Students interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing, engineering, or print operations. This program is ideal for those looking to gain hands-on experience and develop both technical and digital skills in a real-world production environment.
