岗位定位

面向电动工具及相关机电系统的下一代技术发展需求，负责先进控制理论、系统建模方法、CAE AI应用及模型驱动开发体系的研究与落地。该岗位将聚焦复杂机电系统的控制与建模前沿方向，探索可转化为产品竞争力和研发效率提升的关键技术，并推动相关研究成果在平台开发、新产品预研和软件开发流程中的工程化应用。

本岗位适合具有扎实控制理论基础、较强科研创新能力和工程转化意识的高层次博士人才。

核心职责

1. 前沿控制与系统建模研究

• 面向电动工具及相关复杂机电系统，开展先进控制理论、系统建模方法和智能化研发技术研究。
• 研究鲁棒控制、自适应控制、优化控制、智能控制、数据驱动建模等方向在实际产品中的应用潜力。
• 跟踪国内外前沿技术发展趋势，识别对未来产品平台和研发体系具有战略价值的关键技术方向。

2. CAE AI与智能工程方法探索

• 探索CAE与AI融合技术在产品设计、性能预测、参数优化、故障分析和研发提效中的应用。
• 推动仿真驱动、数据驱动和模型驱动方法在电动工具研发中的结合应用。
• 研究面向复杂系统的智能建模、代理模型、参数识别、虚拟验证等新方法。

3. 基于System Modeling的软件开发方法建设

• 推动基于System Modeling / Model-Based Development的软件开发方法在控制系统开发中的应用。
• 建立从系统需求、功能建模、控制设计、仿真验证到软件实现的开发流程与方法框架。
• 支持控制策略、系统架构和软件实现之间的一致性设计与验证。

4. 研究成果工程化转化

• 将前沿研究成果转化为可复用的研发方法、分析工具、建模规范、设计标准和技术平台能力。
• 支持研发团队将先进控制与建模方法应用于新产品开发、平台开发和关键技术攻关。
• 与机械、电子、电机、软件、测试等团队协同，推动研究成果在工程场景中的落地与验证。

5. 技术影响力与创新体系建设

• 参与或主导高水平技术课题、联合研究项目和外部技术合作。
• 推动专利、论文、技术白皮书、内部方法论和标准体系建设。
• 为团队提供系统控制、建模仿真和智能研发方向的技术指导，提升组织在前沿技术领域的能力积累。

任职资格

教育背景

• 博士学历，控制科学与工程、电气工程、自动化、系统工程、机电控制、机械电子工程或相关专业。
• 优先考虑国内外Top高校或知名研究团队背景。

研究与工作经验

• 具备先进控制、系统建模、模型驱动开发、智能控制、CAE相关方向的深入研究基础。
• 有复杂机电系统、电驱系统、机器人、汽车电控、工业装备、航空航天控制或相关领域研究/开发经验者优先。
• 具备将理论研究转化为工程方法、工具链或产品能力的经验者优先。
• 有高水平论文、核心专利、重大科研项目或产学研合作经历者优先。

专业能力

• 具备扎实的控制理论基础，对系统动力学、建模、控制与优化有深入理解。
• 熟悉一种或多种先进控制方法，如鲁棒控制、自适应控制、最优控制、预测控制、智能控制等。
• 熟悉系统建模、仿真分析和模型驱动开发方法，能够建立复杂系统的分析与设计框架。
• 了解CAE工具链、数据驱动方法、AI在工程研发中的应用逻辑。
• 具备较强的软件思维，理解控制算法到软件实现的转化过程。
• 具备优秀的科研能力、问题抽象能力、技术判断能力和跨团队协同能力。

优先条件

• 有MATLAB/Simulink、Modelica、AMESim、Ansys Twin Builder、Python或相关建模/仿真/算法工具使用经验。
• 有数字孪生、虚拟验证、代理模型、参数辨识、智能优化等方向经验者优先。
• 有电动工具、园林工具、手持设备或高动态机电产品相关经验者优先。
• 有技术路线规划、平台方法建设或研究团队带领经验者优先。
