We are seeking a Principal Product Technology Consultant to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team helps travel agencies transform their operations, modernize backoffice workflows and maximize performance using Sabre technology. By combining deep domain knowledge with technical solutions, the team empowers customers to streamline processes and navigate industry change with confidence. As Principal Product Technology Consultant, you will act as a senior expert and trusted technical advisor for travel agency customers across Australia and Oceania. You will lead complex technology and operational transformations, guide customer strategies around Sabre APIs and software solutions, and drive seamless integration from operational assessment through to backoffice systems. This individual contributor role requires deep technical authority, strong consulting expertise and the confidence to guide senior customer stakeholders through major operational change.

What you'll do

• Lead complex technical engagements and operational transformations for travel agency customers across Australia and Oceania.
• Guide customer strategy on adopting Sabre software solutions, APIs and backoffice system integrations.
• Serve as a senior customer-facing technical expert on operational efficiency, system architecture and technology adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional product, architecture and commercial teams to align technical consulting with strategic business goals.
• Use AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline consulting workflows, accelerate data analysis and improve client delivery outcomes.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical consulting, customer-facing solution delivery or product architecture within travel technology.
• Deep domain expertise in the GDS environment, including hands-on experience with travel agency workflows, APIs and backoffice integrations.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical consultations and operational transformations for travel agency clients.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior technical and executive stakeholders without direct organizational authority.
• Practical experience using AI-enabled tools, automation or analytics to accelerate technical delivery and decision-making.
