Role Overview 

Coupang Intelligent Cloud (CIC) is building a high-performance AI Cloud platform spanning GPU compute, storage, inference, networking, and platform services. We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to help bring CIC products to market across APAC. This role will focus primarily on product positioning, messaging, product launches, sales enablement, competitive positioning, and customer-facing product content. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Experience to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value and equip our commercial teams to effectively position and sell CIC products. This is an individual contributor role for someone who has done B2B technology product marketing before and can independently own execution from strategy through delivery.

What You Will Do

Product Positioning & Messaging

• Develop clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions for CIC products and capabilities.
• Translate complex AI infrastructure and cloud technologies into compelling customer and business benefits.
• Develop differentiated messaging for technical users, enterprise buyers, and decision-makers.

Product Launches

• Own product marketing activities for new products and major product launches.
• Develop launch plans, messaging, product briefs, FAQs, and other materials needed to bring products to market.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Solutions Architecture to ensure launches are aligned with customer needs and commercial priorities.

Sales Enablement

• Create pitch materials, sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, solution briefs, and other enablement assets.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Architecture to understand customer objections and improve product messaging.
• Support strategic customer opportunities with relevant product positioning and materials.

Competitive & Customer Insights

• Track key competitors and market developments relevant to CIC.
• Gather feedback from customers and field teams and translate insights into recommendations for Product and Sales.
• Develop customer proof points and case studies where appropriate.

Product Content

• Develop and maintain customer-facing product content across web, presentations, product briefs, and other channels.
• Ensure CIC's product story and messaging are consistent across product, sales, and marketing touchpoints.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in cloud, AI, infrastructure, SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated experience bringing technical products to market.
• Experience working across APAC markets, with the ability to adapt product positioning and GTM materials to different regional audiences.
• Strong experience developing product positioning, messaging, launch materials, and sales enablement.
• Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate their value clearly to different audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, GPUs, networking, storage, or developer platforms.
• Experience marketing enterprise technology products across APAC.
• Korean language proficiency or experience with the South Korean technology market is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-moving environment where you are expected to own work end to end.
