What you’ll do:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features and platforms.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, designers, and software engineers to bring AI capabilities to life.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Prioritize features, balancing user impact, business needs, and technical complexity.
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Independently leads and drives the end to end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more complex products or a product portfolio.
• Builds and delivers the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring innovative and disruptive products to market for a product portfolio with respect to the whole company product portfolio (i.e. Product configuration mix, Revenue/Margins, financials, market share).
• Synthesizes market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen.
• Guides key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit).
• Creates and drives goal alignment and collaborates across one or more products' value chain partners to optimize margins and enable success of products per plans across the product lifecycle. (ie. Engineering: product development, Supply Chain:  SKUs, inventory and Marketing:   marketing and pricing strategies and Go To Market Plan).

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of work experience in related field
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
• Extensive skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis
• Extensive business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap – Define the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digital Assistant leveraging advanced AI based on customer needs, and business goals.
  Independently leads and drives the end-to-end strategy and operational roadmap for the Digital Assistant across quote to cash workflows.
  • Develops and implements strategies to enhance customer support experiences through MAB, VSA and other solutions , ensuring alignment with HPE's overall customer and partner vision.
     
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operational teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  Guides stakeholders on overall AI strategy across all phases:
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure requirements/use cases aligns with broader company strategies, from planning and development to launch and ongoing management.
     
• Requirement Gathering & Prioritization – Collect user feedback, analyze data, and define product requirements while prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
  Creates goal alignment and collaborates with value chain partners to optimize support delivery:
  • Works with cross-functional teams to define use cases and address pain points and improve efficiency and experience.
     
• Execution & Delivery – Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and alignment with business objectives.
  Builds and delivers the value proposition for Digital Assistant capabilities
  • Creates compelling narratives highlighting the benefits of using Digital Assistant for operational teams, focusing on improved support efficiency, faster issue resolution, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
     
• Stakeholder Communication – Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
  Sets up demo environments to showcase Digital Assistant and AI capabilities
  • Develops interactive demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of Digital Assistant, showcasing how it can improve agent experience and drive business and operational success.
