Über diese Principal Product Manager - Core Product & AI Agents Stelle bei Searchable
About Searchable
Searchable is an agentic marketing platform built for the age of AI search. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews have transformed how people discover information. Brands now need to measure and optimise their visibility across all of the major AI search engines.
We help companies grow their organic presence across SEO, AEO, and GEO through a fully agentic platform that identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and automates improvements with Searchable’s AI agent. We’re at $5M ARR in just 10 months, backed by top angels and VCs, and building the team that will define the category.
We’re office-based five days a week near London Bridge. If you thrive in a startup culture where people put in hours because they love solving hard problems and taking radical ownership, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
Own the core product end to end. You'll be responsible for all core user journeys, not just one feature. That covers sign-up, initial diagnosis, the path to improving AI visibility, and ongoing monitoring. You'll be a direct partner to the Head of Product and the CEO in deciding what Searchable becomes as it defines the space. You will talk to customers, research competitors, and be the best-informed person about what to build in the market.
Drive daily execution, while supporting strategic direction. This role is a combination of ground-floor execution and high level strategy. You’ll primarily be focused on ensuring that the engineering team has clearly defined deliverables on an ongoing basis. You’ll be going into the details of UX flows, writing clear specs, building demo prototypes, and continually unblocking our high-velocity AI-native engineering team.
Bring real technical judgement to agents. You know what today's models can and can't reliably do. You'll decide where an agent should act on its own, where a person should approve, and where the product shouldn't use AI at all. Marketing and search is one of the largest industries in the world, and you'll be at the cutting edge redefining it as an agent-first experience.
What success looks like in six months
New customers immediately understand their standing in AI search, and act on the product's recommendations to improve it. The user journey is intuitive, clear and seamless. The core product feels like one coherent system, not just a collection of features.
Your product improvements ultimately convert more free trials into paying customers, and a larger share of customers renew over time – because your changes deliver more meaningful value month over month.
Every change to our agent is measured with evals before it reaches customers, so failure modes are caught before production. You identify what to improve from chat transcripts and customer conversations, and have a tight iteration loop to keep velocity high improving our agent.
Requirements
You've owned a product or surface that drove over $10M ARR. You've led a major product area or a zero-to-one product through meaningful growth, and can show the numbers your work moved. Your projects have reached production, generated revenue, and moved metrics like conversion, retention and LTV.
You have deep experience in B2B SaaS. You've built products that convert and retain, and you can highlight your personal impact across multiple SaaS projects. Nice to have: experience with both product-led and sales-led motions (we grow through both).
You've built AI agent products. You can go deep on the technology: what worked, what broke and what you'd do differently next time. You can hit the ground running and name five things that will go wrong with agents, because you've actually built the evals and golden sets required to keep them on the rails.
You're an AI builder, not just a spec writer. You don't just define requirements, you build clickable prototypes that demonstrate the changes you want to make. You don't need to wait for designers to mock things up or engineers to build a rough demo. You do this on your own to help drive innovation faster than PRDs alone.
Qualities we're looking for
You have deep product craft, and sweat the UX details. You work to understand the problem better than anybody else before moving to solutions. You are the most detail-oriented person you know, and believe that the last 10% of any feature is where the hardest work lies. You think in user flows, journeys, friction points, and obsess over things like copy and spacing before pushing features live.
You thrive in ambiguity. You don't need a detailed brief to get started. You love taking an unclear problem, framing it and moving it forward on your own. You can tell us about an ambiguous problem that you owned end to end, including how it launched and landed.
You're a self-starter who takes ownership. You go after problems without being asked, and you treat the outcome as yours. People love working with you because you are proactive, and coworkers don't need to check in on you and your work.
You understand the technology. You're technical enough to challenge engineers on models, data and trade-offs, and open enough to be convinced by them. You can walk us through a trade-off you made between quality, speed and cost in a model-powered feature, and what the data showed.
What this role isn't
Not a role where you wait for a roadmap. If you need a detailed plan handed to you before starting, this isn't for you. We're AI-native and move quickly, so you'll often start from your own investigations, or by pulling on threads you find yourself.
Not a management role. You'll sweat the detail of requirements and flows across the product yourself. You will be a hands-on executor without direct reports, working alongside our Head of Product, UX designers and engineers. You won’t be managing other PMs.
