What You'll Do

• Deliver practical and theoretical technical training sessions, taking an active and responsive mentoring role in developing and disseminating knowledge to internal and external technical global audiences, which may include partners, customers, and end users.
• Build and maintain deep knowledge of the entire SOTI One Platform product portfolio, not limited to MobiControl and inclusive of other MDM/EMM platforms as applicable.
• Deliver exceptional presentations, using advanced communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism as a representative of Global Training and SOTI.
• Communicate with excellent command of the English language, in both writing and speech — this role regularly engages global stakeholders, produces documentation used across regions, and represents SOTI to international audiences, making clear, professional English communication essential, not optional.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude to ensure high-quality outputs, consistent delivery of commitments, and a rich learning experience for students.
• Demonstrate the technical fluency to clearly explain complex technical terminology; not just execute a process, but describe each step's purpose, what fails if it's skipped, and how to walk through it without reading from a script.
• Make sound decisions, remain agile and flexible, and exercise good judgment when circumstances don't go as expected.
• Maintain solid awareness of the different contractual relationships between partners and SOTI, and the limitations/operational parameters governing what can be shared with each partner, to protect confidentiality and integrity.
• Collaborate closely and proactively with Global Training team members — including regional peers and the India/APAC lead Principal Instructor — and take direction from the Manager of Principal Instructor Operations to create, manage, and deliver training plans for global and regional audiences.
• Demonstrate flexibility to travel extensively across India and the broader APAC region to deliver Instructor-Led Training, and the ability to organize Web-Based Training and self-learning strategies where in-person delivery isn't practical.
• Have flexibility with working hours, including starting later in the day where needed, to accommodate coordination and delivery across global time zones (APAC and EMEA) as required by the business.
• Oversee training quality for locations not visited in person, by building strong working relationships with in-region personnel.
• Act as a lead facilitator for training initiatives, ensuring world-class delivery and that the learner experience is never compromised — across a region spanning multiple languages, markets, and levels of technical maturity.
• Bring an audience-focused facilitation approach, adapting delivery style and pacing to a wide range of technical backgrounds and English proficiency levels among learners.
• Actively apply a continuous improvement process to close the loop on feedback, addressing trainer issues and negative comments with a solutions-first mindset.

Impact and Contribution

• The candidate's role will encompass individual managing contributions, setting and maintaining standards, and ensuring others adhere to Global Training's policies, processes, and procedures to be considered eligible to deliver training.
• Assess trainer readiness to deliver and facilitate training to a SOTI quality standard is critical to the credibility and overall success of our products and programs. Trainer authorization is a prerequisite to authenticating a SOTI trainer.
• Trainer to be certified on SOTI product certifications and other applicable certifications important to understanding MDM & EMM environments and adjacent platforms.
• SOTI Certified Trainer certification is maintained and recertified every 2 years in keeping with Global Training's evolving training techniques and digital learning standards.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teams

• Act as an SME for product knowledge intake, contributing solutions and assisting the Content Manager with deliverables and materials, aligning needs with Programs and Project training plans.
• Represent facilitation, working with product owners/managers to deliver training for new product introductions (NPI), including special events and training requests as supported by Global Training's business model/mandate.
• Communicate proactively and in writing on status, blockers, and process changes — this is a collaborative team, not a set of independent operators, and visibility across the group is expected as a standard, not an exception.

Experience You'll Bring

• Adult learning education background/post-secondary education equivalency.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills — essential given the global, cross-regional nature of this role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively across culturally and linguistically diverse audiences.
• Exceptional presentation skills, proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Very comfortable working, participating and communicating in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Proven partner relationship management experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience with MDM/EMM products and solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of emergent technologies, Windows Modern management, and Apple products.
• 3-5 years of related work portfolio experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India and the broader APAC region.
