Position Summary

As a Prefabrication Manager, you will be responsible for managing the preconstruction phase of large complex projects and be accountable for all aspects of a project’s success in the initial proposal/bidding process to when the project is turned over to project management, to meet or exceed the clients’ expectations, to the profitable completion of the jobs. It is essential to be reliable, self-motivated, goal oriented, organized, and professional. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the abilities to work well in teams and quickly make decisions.

What It Takes

• Journeyman Electrician or related field, 7-10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
• Experience with Project Management Software (Primavera, etc.)
• Experience with AutoDesk Software (Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.)
• Experience with Accubid Anywhere and Bluebeam
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team

Desired Qualifications

• PMP, PE, and/or Master Electrician
