The Position

Practicante Ingeniero de Soporte a Soluciones Diagnosticas:

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Soporte en visitas de pre-instalación de equipos médicos: Evaluar la infraestructura técnica del cliente (suministro eléctrico, espacios, conectividad), brindar asesoramiento sobre adecuaciones requeridas y coordinar el envío formal de los formatos de visita para garantizar instalaciones exitosas.
Acompañamiento en mantenimientos preventivos: Asistir a los ingenieros de campo en la revisión operativa, pruebas diagnósticas, corrección de fallas, actualización de registros técnicos y capacitación básica al personal del cliente sobre el uso adecuado de los equipos.
Gestión de objetivos locales: Ejecutar las actividades encomendadas por el Líder de Servicio de Cuentas Clave orientadas al cumplimiento de los objetivos del área de servicio técnico para los instrumentos distribuidos por Productos Roche S.A.
Cumplimiento normativo y de calidad: Adherirse a los requisitos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, lineamientos Symphony y participar activamente en el posicionamiento de la reputación corporativa de Productos Roche S.A.
Otras funciones: Desempeñar tareas adicionales que la jefatura considere necesarias para la operación del área.

REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO

Formación Académica

Escolaridad: Estudiante avanzado de Ingeniería Biomédica, Electromedicina, Ingeniería Electrónica o Ingeniería Eléctrica.
Formación Adicional: Deseable conocimiento o formación en mantenimiento de equipos biomédicos.
Idiomas: Inglés nivel intermedio (preferible).
