This position reports to:
ComOps Post Sales Support Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support with the accurate end-to-end resolution of post-sale customer requests. Each day, you will assist in resolving warranty products, customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing trends within the claims process to highlight any repetitive failures to further support continuous improvement.
This role is contributing to the ELSP/Commercial Operataion/After sales service in China.

Each day, you will assist in resolving warranty products, customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing trends within the claims process to highlight any repetitive failures to further support continuous improvement.
This role is contributing to the ELSP/Commercial Operataion/After sales service in China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Resolve customer requests/complaints/disputes in time in service platform.
- Act as a product communication support expert within the team to assist in resolving customer communication-related product issues.
- Provide on-site service, including product commissioning guide and product failure troubleshooting.
- Apply replacement, return defective parts back to warehouse/factory, analyze defective reason and issue reports.
- Manage service provide for daily services and trainings.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
- Familiar with common low-voltage electrical products such as circuit breakers, contactors, soft starters, etc.
- Understanding of common communication protocols: Modbus and Profibus
- Able to use software and communication protocols to establish communication with products and identify reasons for communication failures.
- Strong learning ability, communication ability and stress resilience
- You are at ease communicating in English.
- Proficient in using computer office software with AI literacy and capability in tool application
