The Wellbeing Consultant designs and delivers custom wellbeing solutions for the colleagues and clients of The Baldwin Group. He/She demonstrates wellness thought leadership by modeling a realistic and achievable lifestyle for corporate employees. This role requires a self-starter attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Principal Responsibilities:

• For all size clients, the wellbeing consultant will assess wellbeing and health needs to help build wellness programs.
• Analyzes, designs, and integrates tailored wellness strategies and solutions within the client’s culture and benefit offerings as a means of improving the employer/employee relationship.
• Works closely with population health clinical consultants to understand client’s population health risk metrics, taking into consideration the client’s cost drivers, chronic health conditions, budget, and capacity for change.
• Monitors and measures the success of implemented wellness programs.
• Demonstrates wellness thought leadership through education, research, writing and speaking.
• Collaborate with the advisors and the service teams to deliver vanguard wellness solutions leveraging insurance company partner-provided resources.
• Provides thought leadership on matters of wellness and behavior change.
• Creates and delivers wellness presentations to colleagues and clients.
• Produces external wellness communications, including toolkits, newsletters, and flyers.
• Maintain a deep understanding of wellbeing industry advancements, market and vendor changes, and innovative solutions.
• Extrapolate health intelligence data to create wellbeing programs that drive sustainable change, influence individual behavior that support business results for a variety of clients.
• Support internal training
• Integrates with firm’s wellness resources
• Participates in prospective client presentations
• Designs and administer wellbeing challenges and cultural assessments
• Drives sustainable engagement and individual behaviors that support business results for a variety of clients
• Offer appropriate well-being solutions based on cultural assessment and clinical data. Challenges support adult learning and sustainable change.

 

 

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities

• Preference for advanced degree in health-related field and 5-10 years+ of related experience.

·       Comprehensive background/understanding of a variety of wellbeing solutions from a client/user-experience, as well as technical specifications.

·       Have or obtain Health 2-15 licensure within 90 days of hire

·       Professional wellness certification e.g., Wellness Alliance, WellCoaches.

·       Exceptional writing and public speaking skills.

·       Proficient working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·       Model achievable wellness practices.

·       Exhibits behavior exuding the firm’s core values and in alignment with the corporate culture.

 

Special Working Conditions:

·       Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

·       Travel- 25%
