Über die Position

Als Polymechaniker/in bist du Teil einer Prototypenwerkstatt und des Systems Engineering im Hochleistungslabor Baden. In einem interdisziplinären Umfeld arbeitest du an unterschiedlichen Aufgaben und bringst deine technischen Fähigkeiten in einem dynamischen und abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsumfeld ein. Dabei übernimmst du die Fertigung von Bauteilen für Versuchsgeräte und Anlagenkomponenten und unterstützt bei der Instandhaltung der Betriebseinrichtungen.

Das kannst du bewirken

• Herstellung von Bauteilen für Versuchsgeräte und Anlagenkomponenten anhand von Skizzen und Fertigungszeichnungen

• Erstellung von CAD-Zeichnungen und 3D-Modellen

• Bedienung und Programmierung von konventionellen sowie CNC-gesteuerten Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen

• Durchführung mechanischer Bearbeitungen wie Drehen, Fräsen, Bohren sowie Nacharbeiten an Bauteilen

• Ausführung von Säge-, Scher- und Biegearbeiten

• Durchführung von Schweiss- und Lötarbeiten sowie Bereitschaft, diese Fähigkeiten weiter auszubauen

• Mitarbeit in der Prototypenwerkstatt und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Systems Engineering und Unterhalt

• Sicherstellung der Instandhaltung von Betriebseinrichtungen inklusive Dokumentation

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung

• Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Bauteilen nach Skizzen und technischen Zeichnungen

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bedienung und Programmierung von konventionellen sowie CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen

• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von CAD-Zeichnungen und Modellen; CAM-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

• Handwerkliches Geschick sowie Erfahrung in mechanischen Bearbeitungsverfahren; Kenntnisse im Schweissen und Löten sind ein Plus

• Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität sowie Freude an der Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären und dynamischen Umfeld
