Introduction

Technical manager leading a team to develop and qualify BEOL process flows, recipes and BEOL devices for Power product platforms. Also supports new development of modules needed for advanced packaging.

Your Job: 

• Responsible for developing BEOL process flows, recipes and devices to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing
• Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
• Manage a team responsible for development of BEOL process and devices for the Power product line
• Advanced packaging development for Power IVR
• Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions
• Interacts with internal and external customers on responsible items

Other Responsibilities

• Define technology roadmap for BeoL related for Power product line

Required Qualifications

• Education Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering or other relevant degree
• Years of Experience >10 years of semiconductor manufacturing/R&D
• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Masters in Electrical Engineering
• R&D experience in semiconductor BEOL flow
• Experience in technical managing
