This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What You Will Do *

• As part of the PLM Transformation and Governance team of Business Analysts responsible for supporting the business with the PLM transformation forward, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead tasks will be:

• Build the OCM strategy and plan necessary to support the coming PLM transition and transformation to 3DX in synchronization with the Operations PLM-MES transformation activities
• Work in collaboration with the PLM communication lead and training coordinator to develop their respective plans as part of the OCM plan
• Sustain the PLM vision expanding to the MBE (Model Based Enterprise) initiative
• Develop and execute the OCM plan
• Engage and renew the Business network of BU Leads, Power Users and Early Adopters and get their management sponsorship and support
• Develop and support the BU Leads, Power User and Early Adopters Forum activities
• Work in collaboration with the PLM communication lead to develop communication plans
• Support the PLM Business Analysts with stakeholders analysis and to maintain their contact with the business network for consultation and decision making
• Support and execute OCM plan and activities on parallel smaller PLM projects already started or part of the big PLM Program
• What You Will Learn
• The Business processes, key stakeholders of the transformation and areas of transformation
• Be able to present your OCM strategy at the executive level and execute the plan with their sponsorship
• Learn the business culture and adjust the OCM activities and plan accordingly

Qualifications You Must Have *

• PROCI

• Experience in supporting transformation in a large enterprise

• Strong project management skills

• Must be resourceful, taking initiatives and a team player

• Business sense is a key competency in this role

• Strong people and communication skills

• Experience with customer support, troubleshooting and communication back to the customer

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite (or equivalent software)

• Experience with ENOVIA, 3DExperience, CATIA, VPM, JIRA, SharePoint is an asset, but not essential

• Available for occasional business trips from one plant to another to meet working teams if the situation permits

• Spoken and written French and English
