WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Manage the S2C platform roadmap and support approach. Drive the multi-year Source-to-Contract ecosystem plan and manage the support model, service levels, and supplier partnerships within authority limits.

  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement. Advance workflow development, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled process improvements to reduce cycle time and manual effort.
  • Protect data integrity across integrations. Ensure clean, governed data flows between the S2C platform and related systems by partnering with Data Analytics, Data Governance, and ERP data stewards.
  • Elevate supplier and user adoption. Partner with the Supplier Experience Manager to improve portal configuration, supplier onboarding, and risk/ESG data capture.
  • Lead and develop the team. Mentor and grow the Platform Project Lead and Platform Analyst, set clear expectations, and represent the platform agenda with senior collaborators.

YOU HAVE:

  • Academic background in: Master's degree preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
