Job Description:
Job Summary:**
The Plant Administration Intern will support the administrative functions at Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V.'s manufacturing facility, gaining hands-on experience in various operational aspects of a production environment.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist with data entry and maintenance of administrative records, including production reports, inventory logs, and personnel files.
* Support the coordination of internal communications and scheduling for plant management and staff.
* Prepare and organize documentation for meetings, presentations, and audits.
* Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
* Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
* Perform other duties as assigned by plant administration or management.
Job Qualifications:**
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Prior administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required.
