About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Planning Specialist to support the delivery of a major highway infrastructure project in Timor-Leste. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and supporting project management teams with planning, progress reporting, and risk management activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably postgraduate qualification in Planning Management
- Essential Experience
- Have a minimum of 15 years related to Project schedules Management of large road construction projects.
- Preferably has strong experience in project planning and scheduling for large infrastructure projects, with proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Have served in a similar capacity on at least 2 (two) Highway or road construction projects of similar nature.
- Have relevant international experience and working experience of at least 2 (two) years in developing countries.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Responsibilities the project schedule, ensuring that all activities are planned and executed in accordance with the approved timeline. Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions for the DBF contract
