Join Us at the Forefront of Quantum Computing Innovation 🚀
At Quandela, we're moving from an R&D-driven organization toward a structured, scalable industrial operation. We're looking for a builder as much as a manager to create our end-to-end supply chain, from demand to customer delivery. Your first major challenge: build our S&OP process from the ground up. You'll move easily between strategy and execution, from running an S&OP review and an 18-month capacity outlook to solving a critical component shortage or securing an urgent customer shipment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build the S&OP process from scratch: define governance, meeting cadence, roles, inputs and KPIs, then progressively mature it as the company scales
- Lead monthly cross-functional S&OP reviews with Sales, Operations, Production, R&D, Purchasing, Finance and Management, and establish a single shared view of demand, supply and customer commitments
- Consolidate demand from customer orders, weighted commercial forecasts, internal R&D needs, qualification activities and strategic programs into a rolling forecast
- Build and maintain the Master Production Schedule, with planning horizons adapted to our long manufacturing and supply lead times
- Translate demand into capacity, resource, material and supplier requirements, identify gaps and develop scenarios to support management decisions on priorities and commitments
- Turn the production plan into executable schedules, monitor WIP and progress, and coordinate recovery plans when delays or shortages occur
- Structure purchasing and MRP processes, define sourcing strategies based on lead time, criticality, supply risk, cost and MOQ, and track supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness)
- Define inventory principles and safety-stock strategies for critical components, while managing excess, obsolete and slow-moving stock
- Organize inbound, internal and outbound logistics, including the transport of fragile, sensitive and high-value technological products
- Manage customs and international trade: import/export documentation, classification, country of origin, Incoterms and compliance, in coordination with forwarders and brokers
- Contribute to the selection and deployment of ERP/MRP and planning tools, reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and build clear supply chain dashboards
- Define and track key KPIs (forecast accuracy, plan adherence, supplier and customer OTD/OTIF, inventory turns, shortages, lead times) and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in planning, supply chain or industrial operations
- Proven experience implementing or running an S&OP process
- APICS / ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP)
- Strong command of demand and production planning, scheduling, MRP, purchasing, inventory management and logistics
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into clear priorities and decisions
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Thrives in a fast-changing, growing organization
- Fluent French and English
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor, photonics, electronics or other high-tech manufacturing
- Foundries, outsourced manufacturing and long-lead-time, critical-component supply chains

Benefits
- Competitive salary, flexible based on your experience
