The Opportunity
Join our Services team and play a key role in planning and coordinating electrical service projects within the energy sector. In this position, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, logistics teams, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
You will have the opportunity to drive project execution through detailed planning, resource coordination, budget monitoring, and continuous communication with multiple stakeholders. This role offers exposure to electrical service operations, project controls, and business planning activities while supporting your professional growth in a dynamic environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate activities with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and logistics teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Support CAPEX execution and track monthly OPEX performance.
- Manage project documentation, reports, forecasts, and schedule analysis.
- Coordinate personnel certifications and qualification requirements.
- Support material planning, cataloging, and availability control.
- Manage purchase requisitions related to operational and service activities.
- Identify project risks and support mitigation planning.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across service operations.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within electrical services, energy, or heavy industry environments.
- Strong experience developing and managing project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, logistics teams, technical personnel, and project stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX budget control and reporting.
- Intermediate SAP experience for project control, procurement, or budget tracking.
- Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work onsite at our Lurín workshop.
- Flexibility to support operational requirements outside standard business hours when needed.
