Purpose

Your role will be to assist in the delivery of effective, client-focused pitch materials by incorporating industry insights and best practices. You will support in ensuring pitches are competitive, meet deadlines, and align with client objectives, and update pitch systems to ensure pitch information is accurate and relevant.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist with developing pitch documents, incorporating sector/industry information, client research, and competitor analysis.
• Support with analysing industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure pitches are competitive, innovative, and relevant.
• Assist with tracking pitch outcomes to identify successes and areas for improvement, and update pitch systems ensuring pitch information is correct.
• Ensure the use of best practice materials such as successful pitch strategies, templates, and case studies.
• Assist with the pitch development process, using tools and software such as automated templates and data-driven insights.
• Support with the delivery of the pitch process from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist with developing value propositions that highlight the Firm's strengths and align with the client's objectives and challenges.
• Support with the delivery of low-priority or straightforward pitches, from initiation to submission.

Your experience

• Approximately 1-3 years' experience in supporting pitch or proposal development, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Basic knowledge of research methodologies and data collection for competitive analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records in pitch tracking systems.
• Familiarity with document preparation and formatting for professional pitch documents.
• Experience using pitch-related tools and software platforms.
• Good organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of value proposition development and how to articulate organizational strengths.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic analytical skills to help identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree (bachelor’s or higher) or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
• Experience of online / platform pitching processes and Chinese SOE pitch are desirable

Additional Skills

• Experience with salesforce is desirable
