Picking Supervisor

 at Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS, oversees daily warehouse operations, manages picking and packing schedules, and supervises staff. The role requires 4 years of supervisory experience, basic MS Office proficiency, and physical ability to stand or lift to 40 lbs.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage Operations: Oversee daily warehouse workflows, including processing, packaging, and storage of materials.

• Lead Staff: Direct, supervisor, coach, and train team members.

• Plan Schedules: Develop work schedules and assign manpower requirements for the picking area.

• Solving Problems: Resolve operational or staffing issues quickly within company guidelines.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain and follow occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff (warehouse supervisory background preferred).

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (an associate degree is a plus).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and regularly push, pull, or lift 40 lbs.
