Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time

$48-$52/hour Depending on Experience

Every Day You Will

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions
• Collaborate with nursing, providers, and therapy colleagues
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• Support safe discharge planning and patient education
• Document care accurately and efficiently
• Contribute to positive clinical outcomes

To Be Successful In This Role You Must

• Hold an active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Thrive in a collaborative rehabilitation environment
