Your Role: PH Product Manager

As PH Product Manager, you will be part of the PH Brand Marketing team to drive consumer insights and marketing trends for our pet health portfolio. In this role, you’ll be responsible for determining market positioning, setting strategic promotion plans, and achieving both business targets and long-term brand development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term brand strategic plans based on strong market insights to achieve sales turnover and profit goals.
• Manage business and marketing activities including pricing strategies, promotion plans, and campaign implementations to improve customer recruitment and sales velocity.
• Lead innovation targets, encompassing pre-launch preparation, new product launches, and the maintenance of brand assets according to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis of consumer behavior and competitor activities to prepare regular business reviews and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with industry KOLs and provide brand training to field sales and customer service teams to ensure excellence in project execution.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or an equivalent commercial role.
• Proven ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience within the pet industry or managing therapeutic animal health products.
• Educational background in animal health or veterinary medicine.
• Personal experience as a pet owner to better relate to consumer insights.
• Proactive approach with a demonstrated passion for marketing and professional demeanor.
