What you will do

PGIM Credit are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Credit Research, ESG, and Large Cap Private Credit teams. This role will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and investment professionals, ensuring the smooth coordination of business activities, managing complex priorities, and providing proactive administrative and operational support within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you can expect

• Provide executive support to PGIM Credit's Credit Research, ESG and Large Cap Private Credit teams, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, overseeing invoicing and expenses, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and investment professionals, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and helping teams operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner closely with the Executive Assistant team to drive employee engagement initiatives, social events, intern and graduate recruitment programmes, and broader business administration activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the London PGIM Credit business, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate events, offsites, presentations, onboarding activities and other strategic projects, ensuring a high standard of delivery and stakeholder experience.
• Support operational and governance activities through document management, record keeping, reporting, filing, archiving and the preparation of professional business materials.

What we offer you

• Private Medical Insurance: PGIM offers private medical insurance and pays the full premium on behalf of all employees.
• Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
• Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
• Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment terms of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
