POSITION SUMMARY

Own department-related strategy and lead team to maximize the business opportunities to achieve objectives and lifecycle management

POITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead brand strategy, planning and excellent execution.
• Review and actively contribute to brands plan and A&P allocation
• Lead the review of products' strategy with cross function team.
• Develop the key Campaigns and excellent execution
• Closely work with sales team to ensure resluts delivery
• Team management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine, Master degree and MBA preferred  
• Proficient oral and written English
• 7 or above years marketing experience, people manager experience is a plus.
