• Quote and sell tailored Home and Auto insurance solutions based on each client’s unique needs

• Underwrite new policies with an eye for risk, pricing accuracy, and coverage alignment

• RIBO Licensed (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)

• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry or personal lines

• Proven sales ability with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most

• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, i.e., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $45,000-50,000, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
