Job Summary**

The Personal Financial Consultant at RHB Bank Berhad is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert financial advice, and selling a comprehensive range of banking and investment products to meet individual financial goals.

Job Responsibilities**

* Proactively identify and engage with potential and existing clients to understand their financial needs and aspirations.
* Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and develop personalized financial plans encompassing savings, investments, insurance, loans, and other banking products.
* Advise clients on suitable RHB Bank products and services, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and life stages.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets for various financial products, including deposits, unit trusts, insurance, and loans.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all RHB Bank offerings and stay updated on market trends and financial regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
* Prepare and present financial proposals and recommendations to clients clearly and concisely.
* Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.
* Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate new leads and enhance RHB Bank's brand image.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in financial advisory, sales, or banking, preferably with a focus on retail clients.
* Strong understanding of financial products, investment principles, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Possession of relevant industry licenses (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE) is a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
