micro1 is engaging Personal Assistants to contribute to an impactful customer project centered on optimizing daily task management and executive support. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. As a valued contributor, you will leverage your abilities in organization, multi-tasking, and clear communication to deliver structured, efficient, and thoughtful solutions in a fully remote setup.

Scope of Work

1. Participate in realistic one-on-one conversations involving personal assistance, planning, organization, and day-to-day coordination.
2. Provide practical support for scheduling, calendar management, appointments, reminders, and prioritizing tasks.
3. Help organize daily plans, activities, meetings, travel, events, and other personal or professional responsibilities.
4. Handle realistic scenarios involving changing priorities, scheduling conflicts, urgent requests, and competing tasks.
5. Demonstrate strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Adapt recommendations based on an individual's preferences, priorities, schedule, and circumstances.
7. Follow project guidelines while maintaining natural, professional, and helpful conversations.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary, Day Planner, Chief of Staff, Household Manager, or similar role.
2. Several years of relevant professional experience preferred.
3. Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, and time-management skills.
4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to understand requests, prioritize competing needs, and provide practical solutions.
6. Experience coordinating calendars, appointments, travel, meetings, household activities, or other day-to-day responsibilities.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
8. Comfortable participating in realistic one-on-one conversations and remote paired sessions.
9. No specific degree, certification, or prior AI experience is required.
