This role is responsible for coordinating permitting activities, managing office operations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. What Will You Be Doing?
- Coordinate all permitting activities to ensure timely approval and issuance of permits.
- Prepare, review, and submit permit applications and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate and manage permit-related documents including plot plans, blueprints, truss packages, energy certificates, and additional municipal requirements.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with municipalities and permitting agencies.
- Monitor permit status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare construction start packages and support front-end scheduling processes.
- Maintain accurate records and project information within company systems.
- Track and process permit fees, utility invoices, and related payments.
- Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Support mail distribution, filing, records management, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, office communications, and general office activities.
- Assist with employee engagement events, company celebrations, volunteer opportunities, and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, vendors, catering, attendee communication, and setup.
- Support onboarding activities and workspace preparation for new team members.
- Provide administrative support to division leadership and operations teams.
- Assist with reporting, special projects, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and employee information.
- Contribute to team success by supporting departmental goals and collaborating across functions.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
