Key Responsibilities

• Drive digital commerce growth across key online retailers.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve traffic, conversion, and sales performance.
• Partner with Brand, Sales, and Media teams to deliver business objectives.
• Manage digital commerce campaigns and optimize performance through continuous improvement.
• Own budget planning, tracking, and investment effectiveness.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.
• Lead testing and innovation initiatives to unlock new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business results.

Job Qualifications

Preferred Experience 

• Experience in Digital Commerce, Performance Marketing, Retail Media, E-commerce, or related growth functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business actions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing investments and driving measurable business outcomes through digital channels.
