Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Principal Accountabilities:

• Identify gaps and opportunities through performance monitoring, and lead toward actionable plans for value creation, performance uplift and operational efficiency improvement

• Drive improvements on outlet productivity through effective performance review / tracking

• Identify new data dimension and strategic lead indicators requirement based on new and evolving business requirements, and evaluate the best application of such information for analytics and reporting needs

• Custodian on Sales Power BI data models , ensuring that the use and application of the data within the key Sales Power BI data models fit the business needs and application to ensure consistent data analysis and insights.
